Saving Layout Settings

Just a quick quality-of-life update for you today. We now save your layout settings automatically.

If you prefer a collapsed sidebar, it will remain collapsed. The width of your outline and right sidebars will be remembered. We also store the expanded/collapsed state of the accordions in the right sidebar.

This should save you from having to click around to get everything where you want it when you first open the page. No action is required on your part; just refresh the page if it is not saving the layout by default!

Layout settings are saved per-device. We know authors use different devices for different writing activities, so the appropriate arrangement on your tablet or your phone is not going to be the same as your desktop.
